Our home is equipped with four televisions, each containing an Amazon Firestick. You can use any of the installed streaming channels, such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Peacock, Paramount+, Max, YouTubeTV, etc., using your own subscriptions.

We provide an extensive collection of DVDs and Blu-rays for your entertainment, which can be played on the Blu-ray player in the living room or the DVD player in the primary bedroom.

There are multiple gaming consoles available to connect to any of the TVs for your gaming pleasure.

You may use the Echo Dot devices located in the living room and king bedroom to access Alexa, which can provide weather updates, news, play music, and perform other functions. Additionally, the Echo Dot in the living room is used as a chime for the doorbell.

The deck is equipped with cozy seating, a charcoal grill, and a propane fire pit table for your enjoyment. From here, you can appreciate the sounds of nature and breathtaking sunsets in the west, over the neighboring mountains.

On our front porch, you'll find a spacious swing and a ceiling fan that comes in handy during warmer weather.
Music System
We understand that many guests enjoy listening to music while spending time outdoors. For your convenience, the Echo Dots can be easily carried outside to provide the perfect soundtrack for your outdoor activities.
For the Kids
The expansive yard offers ample space for various activities and includes a small climbing structure and a saucer swing hung from a sturdy tree.

Appliances
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you may need during your stay. The refrigerator/freezer has an ice and water dispenser on the door. The gas stove has five burners, including a removable center section that reveals a griddle. The portable dishwasher is a newer addition which adds much convenience. We provide 2 dishwasher tabs to get your trip started. You can also find several other small appliances available for your use such as a Keurig single-cup coffee machine, a drip coffee maker, a French press, a microwave, a toaster oven, a small blender, an electric pressure cooker / rice cooker, a hand mixer, an air fryer, a chopper, and a full-size blender.
Dining
In the dining area, you'll find a spacious table with seating for four people and a bench for additional seating on one side. Two additional chairs are available at the bar area. We provide all the dinner ware and serving ware you may need, from plates, bowls, and glasses to serving spoons, knives, and cutting boards. You can dine in style and comfort with everything conveniently within reach.
Food Storage
The pantry is stocked with essential cooking ingredients like oils and spices. We even provide cupcake liners! Basic condiments like ketchup, mayonnaise, jelly, and salad dressings can be found in the refrigerator. You will also have ample space to store any groceries or food you bring with you or purchase during your stay.

Temperature Control
Our home has air conditioning and central heating with a heat pump for your comfort. Additionally, we have installed two propane heaters as backup heating sources if needed. Ceiling fans are available in all rooms for additional cooling.
Laundry
The laundry room off the kitchen has a washing machine and dryer available for your use. Detergent is provided for your convenience or you may bring your own. We also have an iron and ironing board on hand.
Security / Alarm System
We provide an optional alarm system for your peace of mind. Though this is a very safe area, we encourage you to take advantage of all the security features available to you. We have a doorbell camera and a carport camera with motion light that record video only. There are two other cameras facing the yard which monitor motion, but only when the house is unoccupied. All devices are located on the exterior of the property.
Convenience
We strive to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and convenient stay, which is why we always provide essential supplies such as coffee pods, 2 dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, first aid kit, hair dryer, and all linens. In addition, we also have paper plates, plasticware, and basic condiments for the kitchen available for our guests to use.
You can find a few additional rolls of toilet paper positioned above the toilet. Additionally, there is an extra roll of paper towels conveniently placed next to the stove. Inside the trash can, you will discover one clean trash bag, along with two extra bags above the microwave. If you desire or will require more, please feel free to bring your own supplies.
