Access codes for our smart lock will be sent prior to arrival. The same code will function for both the front and deck doors for the duration of your stay.
We take pride in ensuring that the house is spotless upon your arrival. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the cleanliness, please inform us immediately. After your departure, our professional cleaners will prepare the house for the next guest.
We offer on-site parking for multiple cars, including one car in the carport and several available spots located in the front and on the side of the driveway.
Our check-out time is 11am. If you need a later check-out, please inform us in advance, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that if we have guests arriving on the same day it may be challenging to offer a late check-out due to the cleaning required to prepare for their arrival.
Although none of the following items are mandatory, having them in place is beneficial for the cleaning crew to initiate a prompt turnaround.
Gather used towels: Please leave towels in the bathroom/shower area.
Throw trash away: Please dispose of all trash in the outdoor trash bin before you leave.
Turn things off: Please ensure that all lights and appliances are switched off before leaving, including the propane tank for the outdoor fire table.
Return all outdoor cushions to the deck box.
Please remove the sheets from any beds that were used and leave them in the respective bedroom.
Please start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes before checking out. Thank you.
